French Foundations

Bonjour! My name is Emma Hodder and the very first thing you should know about me is that I love my job. I thoroughly enjoy my time spent in the classroom. My classes are known for their fun content whether we are online or in the real world. In the classroom, as indeed out of it, my nursery pupils tend to call me ''Miss Emma'' (it is embroidered on my bag) and my older pupils call me "Mrs. Butterfingers" aka Mme. Maladroite as I tend to drop everything! Thank you for landing here and whether it is online or in the physical classroom I look forward to meeting you soon!

I have 15 years of experience teaching with La Jolie Ronde. Prior to this, I spent 3 years working at a preschool in America. I gained my degree in French and Italian (Joint Honours) from the University of Bristol. I currently teach French to as many children as want to learn from nursery age upwards. My plan is to continue to offer online classes and to marry them up with my teaching in schools and nurseries.
